Booking terms & conditions

These terms apply to every court booking at Genium Sports Ma On Shan, No. 1950, Whitehead, Ma On Shan, New Territories, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). A Genium Group company. By ticking the box when you book, you agree to them for yourself and everyone playing on your booking.

• Prices are shown before you book: HK$ 120/hour weekdays 08:00–17:00, HK$ 160/hour weekdays 17:00–22:00, and HK$ 200/hour on weekends and public holidays. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.
• When you continue to payment we hold the court for 15 minutes. Pay the full amount by FPS to the account shown, then upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
• Your booking is confirmed as soon as the screenshot is uploaded. We check every payment against our account.
• The screenshot must show the transaction date, the recipient’s name and the reference number. If we can’t match a payment (wrong amount, no payment received, or a screenshot that is edited or was used before) we may cancel the booking. Fraudulent screenshots may be reported to the police.
• If your hold runs out before you upload the screenshot, the court is released. If you had already paid and the court has gone, contact us and we will rebook you or refund you in full.
• Each mobile number can hold up to 3 upcoming online bookings.

• Bookings can’t be cancelled or moved by the customer once made, and are non-refundable.
• If the Hong Kong Observatory has Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, in force at the time of your booking, we close. Affected bookings are moved or refunded in full.
• If we have to close a court for safety or maintenance, we will move your booking or refund you in full.

• Arrive on time. Sessions start and end at the booked times; arriving late doesn’t extend your booking.
• Up to 4 players per court. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Follow the house rules and any instructions from our team. We may end a session without refund if the rules are seriously broken.

• Pickleball is a physical sport with a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and are responsible for being fit to play.
• You are responsible for damage to the courts, equipment or building caused by you or your group, beyond normal wear.
• Personal belongings are left at your own risk.
• CCTV operates at the venue for safety and security.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that can’t be limited under Hong Kong law. Otherwise our liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
